In-store purchase returns
Weirs of Baggot Street will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our store. Customers can exchange an item within 28 days of purchasing.
Please note: We do not offer a refund for returned goods - we can only offer a credit note or an exchange for ‘like’ goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in saleable condition
In order to process a return You MUST provide a receipt or tax invoice:
- All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
- Receipts and tax invoices must be valid and intact
- We can provide a credit note or an exchange for 'like' goods
- Credit notes are valid from time of issue for a period of six months. Please note: Credit notes are redeemable in store only. These vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Online purchase returns
Online purchases can be returned either in-store with the tax invoice or by contacting us via email ryderweirs@gmail.com. If returning by post please state this in your correspondence so we can inform you on the correct guidelines for your purchase.
Definitely do not post anything to us without getting an email confirmation from one of our team. We cannot be held responsible for purchases that do not make it back to us.
Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on the following items:
- Custom-ordered products
- Gift Cards
- Earrings (for health reasons)
- PPE, if packaging has been opened
- Tinted paint
- Sale items
These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
Refunds ( if applicable )
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund where the following criteria is met:
- The product is faulty or is not of satisfactory quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match its sample or description.
Any breakages or damages must be reported to us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and postage.
We recommend you retain a valid receipt or tax invoice, as we will require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our staff will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange or replacement is available.
All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card.
